Leadership is an integral part of TJ’s Gift Foundation. Through leadership, young people can affect their peers in a positive way. TJ’s Gift believes in the power of young people and is providing workshops to help young people learn to develop their leadership ability.

 

For High Schools

Leadership workshops consist of 2 half days. Students will participate through discussion and role-play. Different leadership styles will be discussed and students will have an opportunity to see and practice how their personal abilities can be used to develop their own personal leadership style. Leadership will also be discussed in terms of peer support and the ability to help peers make safe life choices.

 

For Middle Schools/Junior High Schools

Leadership workshops will consist of 1 half day. Students will participate through discussion and role-play. Different leadership styles will be discussed and students will be encouraged to develop their own personal leadership style. Leadership will be discussed in terms of peer support and the ability to help peers make safe life choices.

 

For Elementary Schools

Leadership workshops will be created in consideration of the students’ ages.  Students will participate through games, discussion and role-play. Crafts will also be a part of this presentation. The goal will be to help students discover their ability to be a positive role model.

 

Leadership Workshops are free of charge.
