ROCKIN’ FOR CHOICES SCHOOL CONCERT SERIES - MAY, 2009

During the Month of May, 2009, the TJ’s Gift Foundation visited 24 schools with over 3,000 students in Manitoba, presenting its Rockin’ For Choices Concert. 

 

Maximum Sixty, a band originally formed at Dakota Collegiate, spoke to the kids about their personal choices to stay away from drugs. Karen and/or Floyd Wiebe, TJ’s parents, also spoke to the students, and gave them all a wristband as well as encouraged the kids to sign a pledge card.
